The twclub VIP system is built to reward you automatically based on your gaming activity. No special applications needed — our system tracks and updates your tier in real time.
VIP points are calculated based on your total monthly deposits and overall wagering amount. The more consistently you play, the faster you advance. Your account section always displays your latest progress and the remaining points needed to reach the next tier.
Create a new twclub account and complete the KYC verification process. You automatically start at Bronze tier as soon as your account is active.
Every deposit and wager you make accumulates VIP points. All game types — slots, Live Casino, and Sports Betting — count.
Once your VIP points reach the threshold set for the next tier, the system will automatically upgrade your tier.
New rewards are credited instantly upon tier upgrade. For Gold and Diamond members, your personal account manager will reach out within 24 hours.
Gold and Diamond members get a dedicated account manager available for direct contact at any time.
Diamond members enjoy withdrawals processed in a shorter timeframe without waiting in the standard queue.
The higher your VIP tier, the greater the daily cashback value and weekly reload bonus you receive.
Access to Live Casino tables with higher betting limits exclusively open to Gold and Diamond members.
Diamond members receive exclusive invitations to events and tournaments not publicly advertised.
Twclub honours your loyalty with a special birthday bonus for all active VIP members.
VIP members receive an additional security layer including two-factor authentication and premium account protection.
VIP member enquiries are prioritised — faster response times across all available support channels.
Players who have tried other platforms know the reality: most VIP programs are little more than empty labels — you get a "Gold" or "Diamond" title but barely notice any real benefit. At twclub, we decided from the very beginning to do things differently.
Every twclub VIP tier is designed with rewards that genuinely make a difference. Take daily cashback as an example — Diamond members receive 15% cashback on net losses every day. Say you play with a total deposit of RM 10,000 over a week and lose RM 2,000. With 15% cashback, you automatically get RM 300 back into your account. That is not a small amount, and it happens every day as long as you stay active.
The weekly reload bonus is one way twclub ensures loyal members always have more funds to play with. Unlike other platforms that only reward the first deposit, twclub delivers ongoing rewards as long as you remain active at your tier. For Diamond members, a weekly reload bonus of up to RM 5,000 means your gaming funds are consistently topped up.
One feature our Gold and Diamond VIP members value most is the dedicated personal account manager. This is not just a standard support agent — they genuinely understand your gaming profile, know which offers suit you best, and can handle special requests faster. Whether you have a transaction issue or want to know about a promotion before it goes live, your account manager is your first point of contact.
For Sports Betting in particular, twclub's exclusive high-limit tables open up opportunities unavailable on regular platforms. Experienced players looking to place larger bets can do so at VIP tables with no restrictive limits. Odds remain competitive, and you still benefit from all applicable VIP rebates and cashback.
Twclub also understands that VIP players value privacy and transparency. All your account information is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption, and we never share your data with any third parties. Privacy Policy our comprehensive policy ensures every aspect of your data management is handled responsibly and in line with the latest security standards.
We also believe that responsible play is key to an enjoyable long-term experience. The twclub VIP programme is not designed to encourage overspending — instead, it rewards players who play consistently and within their means. VIP members can use available self-management tools such as deposit limits and betting limits to keep their gaming experience within a healthy range. Learn more on the Responsible Gaming us.
